Banh Mi Saigon Bakery

Mabel and I just got back from getting the best sandwiches ever.

This is the scene at Banh Mi Saigon Bakery.

That's a jewelry store on the left. The sandwiches are in the back.

We got the pork sandwich. It was so good. The ingredients weren't the highest quality, but they put everything together perfectly. The pork was warm, the pickled vegetables were cold, the bun was toasted and crisp and soft. And only $3.75 a sandwich. All sandwiches should be so good.

Banh Mi Saigon Bakery

PS They are closed on Mondays. We found out the hard way.

Update 2/7/09
Mabel wants me to emphasize how much she loves these sandwiches. "They were amazing! I ate them even though I didn't want to eat anymore."
