Starbucks, One Penn Plaza

Oh, the ignominy of lunch at Starbucks!

I took Step 2 CK today at the Prometric testing center at One Penn Plaza, and I needed to get a quick, light lunch. What I really wanted to do was get a Whopper from the Burger King across the street, but (1) it's been less than a week since I had my last burger, (2) the turnaround time at that location is somewhat unreliable, and (3) I would fall asleep for the second half of my exam.

So the next obvious choice was the Starbucks in the same complex. I ate here for Step 1 about 6 years ago, so I guess this is my go to place for board exam lunches. Anyway, I got their Chicken Santa Fe "panini" sandwich.

I'm not sure if they microwaved it, put it in a toaster oven, or put it in one of those hybrid microwave/toaster ovens, but I was just happy to have a warm sandwich, and it was decent for what it was, painted grill marks and all.

I finished the exam in somewhat of a daze and was really tempted to get a Whopper for dinner but Mabel talked me out of it. I got falafel at Taim instead.
