El Presidente
El Presidente is an old neighborhood restaurant in the heart of Washington Heights. Dave and I met up here for dinner once before I started a night float shift and after he had finished clinic. Dave ordered chicken and rice and I ordered squid and rice. We were getting pretty impatient because it was taking a while, but then the waitress came out with these cool aluminum pots filled with our rice dishes.
We gobbled it up.
