Takahashi

Fleurise was in town for the weekend so we got together with Rufino and Yuki to have dinner at Takahashi. It is so useful having someone in the know help you navigate through a restaurant. Yuki asked the waitress about what was fresh that day and the results were amazing - there was an asparagus dish that had this really nice bitterness to it; a tuna tartar with little bits of avocado buried within and a dish with these insanely large and tasty oysters came to our table, as well.



We got some really fresh sashimi and a number of tasty rolls as well as a nice soup. We were all really happy at the end of the night!
